Balcony Boutique Hotel (Adults Only) - Tsilivi (Zakynthos)

Lovely quiet hotel away from the hustle.

The soundproofing in the rooms is horrendous. I could hear everything, including crickets and other guests. It really disrupted our sleep and enjoyment of the stay.

Variety of meals for breakfast, including cereals and pastries. Best, EXCELLENT staff members from cleaners to front desk to waiters. Incredible, excellent location in Tsilivi, very close to the local supermarkets, and a decent hill.

Truly enjoyed the room with amazing views, my bed was good. The location of this hotel right by the village of Tsivili and the airport was amazing.

The balcony was almost perfect, but with no soundproofing at all, it was unbearable. I also expected a complimentary welcome gift for such luxurious pricing, but what did i get? Nothing! To top it off, the restaurant was pricey, and the roads to the hotel were like a death trap. I almost left a good review, but could'nt.

A beautiful family hotel, with a very nice service. Perfect view on the sea, close to the beach, nice food...Not far from the airport. Very nice place for couples, very romantic. Very good relation of price & the quality of the hotel. We can just recommend this place!

Excellent position with lovely views!

the room and the hotel in general is very clean and pleasant.the staff can be rated average but the owners are very friendly,kind and very helpful.when we came the tv was not working and the owner herself check it and made sure we have another tv to use while they are fixing the other which was fixed the same day.the owners even gave us maps and advice on where nice to go and how to go to those places.very nice and friendly,they even share stories and laugh.owners are very nice thats why it reflects to the way the hotel is.

Brilliantly friendly staff, newly remodelled rooms with a great view, free Wi-Fi. It was in an incredible location metres from Tsilivi Beach. There was a particularly good restaurant, a shopping centre and a small shopping mall next door.

the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. internet connection in the room was spotty.

This is the second year we have stayed at Balcony and once again we were very pleased. The family are so freindly, attentive and helpful. It is not a place for the less mobile or elderly I say this in as a helfful comment and not as a negative Barry and Elsa Owen East Grinstead UK

Amazing place with excellent wi-fi, air conditioning, and a great restaurant. During my first stay, the staff helped me print documents, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for a city trip.

Single traveler luxury experience

I stayed here two nights, and let me tell you, the staff was on point! The room with a panoramic sea view was amazing, and the air conditioning worked like a charm.

It wasn't cheap, but worth every dime for the comfort and service.

The experience was such wonderful and I would stay there again. The breakfasts were incredibly nice with savoury dishes and fresh products, as example and all the staff was outstandingly accommodating.
